Coach Fisher coached Elijah to help him meet his personal goal of being able to one day have the opportunity to play QB on a Division 1 college football team.  Today is that day for Elijah.  He leaves Springboro High School to go to Bowling Green State University to play for Coach Padron at Doyt Stadium.  It is bittersweet as a parent because one of the factors that allowed him to move on to the next level was Coach Fisher.  Since the 6th grade, Mike has cultivated his skills as a QB, taught him lessons from his failures by providing feedback from his mistakes, to praises when he was faced with a difficult situation where he showed perseverance and resiliency. From the technical skills needed to be a great QB & the attitude Mike taught Elijah, “You are not quite there….YET but with more practice you will be.” I thank Coach Fisher.  I thank him for his coaching, instruction, sacrifices and mostly for being such a positive influence in my son’s life and helping him be a good QB and better young man.  Elijah is still not quite there YET but because of Coach Fisher and his mastery of QB instruction, time, effort, sacrifices and love that he shows for what he does, I know Elijah will continue to grow because of the seeds that Coach Fisher has planted.  I’m excited to watch all the players he continues to develop to not only be the best quarterback but help all those young QB’s achieve their goals.

I would like to let you know how good Mike is at training QB’s.  He had my son for the first time this past spring and did wonders with him.  His training methods are very clear and precise on what he wants the boys to learn.  From arm position to foot work drills. My son was the starting QB at Alter this year and made huge strides on his throwing.  I would recommend Mike to anyone which I have already done.  If need any more info on Mike please give me a call.  Thanks

My son has trained at the Triton QB Academy for the past three years. He has improved tremendously with his footwork, vision, and mechanics. Mike is great to work with. His attention to detail is right on. If your son is wanting to get to the next level as a quarterback, Triton QB Academy would offer him a great opportunity.

My son first trained with Coach Fisher as an eighth grader. Following just a few training sessions, I noticed great improvement, both fundamentally and in his confidence as a quarterback.  Following my son’s Freshman season, we began attending training sessions on a regular basis and I continued to see my son’s skill level and confidence improve as Coach Fisher trained him. This year, as a Sophomore, my son shared the quarterback duties with an upper classman and I noticed how the training received from Coach Fisher, easily transferred to the playing field on Friday Nights.

Coach Fisher’s training sessions cover many aspects of the quarterback position; footwork, balance, throwing motion, and movement in the pocket, just to mention a few. His training not only prepares quarterbacks physically, but also mentally to play at the high school level and beyond. My only regret is that my son did not start training with Coach Fisher years earlier. I truly believe, Coach Fisher’s training is the reason for my sons development at the quarterback position. I look forward to watching my son continue to develop as he trains with Coach Fisher.

I would highly recommend Coach Fisher’s training for anyone looking for the skills needed to excel at the quarterback position.

Our son, Sully, has been receiving instruction from Mike for 2 years. We came to him through a referral from a friend; who also had a great experience. Mike has helped our son become a mechanically sound and savvy quarterback who is now fulfilling his passion of playing high school football. Mike spends quality time building a foundation with your athlete and then layers more advanced skills as they are ready.

From session to session you start to see it all come together; and then translate to the field during the season. As a parent; this has been our most satisfying investment in our child’s sporting life. I am certain that without Mike’s instruction and commitment to helping aspiring quarterbacks our son would not be enjoying the successes of seeing his hard work pay off.

My son began working with Coach Fisher two years ago with the goal of honing his skills to compete for the starting QB position on the Jr. High team.  Through weekly small group sessions at Triton QB Academy, I have seen a major improvement in my son’s throwing mechanics and throwing accuracy.  No doubt this is credited to Coach Fisher’s ability to break down the throwing motion and, with the use of video, instantly make corrections.

In addition to teaching the art of throwing a football, Coach Fisher instills self-confidence in his pupils and fosters the leadership qualities that are necessary to play the quarterback position.  Above all, I believe this is the reason my son won the starting job this season and lead his team to a GWOC south division championship.   I couldn’t be happier with the progress my son has made and recommend Triton QB Academy to anyone who is looking for to take his game to the next level.
